To stay in touch with users and developers, there are two channels which can be used
Discord
We use Discord as a place where users can help one another or ask quick questions to developers, when they are present. It is not considered a place to report bugs, but of course this happens.
Slack
Slack is a service similar to Discord, but where Discord focuses on gamers, Slack focuses on developers or other works, by offering ways to interact with development tools. We use Slack as a platform for developers and contributors.
