Reorganized PDF pages
The combat page in older versions consisted mostly of an action cheat sheet and only few character related information. The physical combat element and the martial arts replaced vehicles on page 2, which are already present on the extended gear pages.
The extended gear pages now have detail elements for melee weapons and armor.
