Currently bows can only be purchased at current strength level.
Ki-Adepts can temporarily increase their strength, so they could use a higher strength bow for the time of the strength increase.

Ideally when defining the strength requirement that would be calculated by the base strength plus the max increase due to Ki-powers.

As an intermediate fix I have removed the strength requirements from all bows.
