Effects of gear that modify Attack Rating not included

Description

When i create character if i choose bone lacing (aluminium) program does change DV but does not change AR for unarmed. (i am not sure how it should change Body - becouse it just influence dmg resisting).
Same with smartlink and vision magnification- it should influence AR.
