Allow character to store decisions for auto-generated skills and other things

Description

E.g. the mentor spirit "Snake" grants two knowledge skills.
Those skills need to be volatile, because they a) don't need to be paid and b) must vanish when the mentor spirit is deselected. Volatile skills won't get saved in the character.
But it is likely that the user wants to name those skills, so we need a way to store those information.
